Now they want to charge us a fee for being in violation. My family and I pay $2400 in rent for this home plus all the other charges. We go to work and come home; we do not bother anyone. So apparently, we are supposed to send all of our guest to a hotel so that they have a place to park. Thier stars speak loud and clear, if I had only saw the reviews before renting. I had my 1st Procare maintenance visit today and I was extremely disappointed. When the tech arrived, he just walked in, didnt bother to remove his shoes and didnt have the common courtesy to ask if he should remove shoes. He stepped on the new carpet and I was upset from that, he then reported to Invitation Homes that I had an "unauthorized" pet on the premises which is my 6 lb cat.

Now during the holidays of all times, they said we were in violation of parking. I sent pictures of almost every other house through the neighborhood who is parked on the side of the road in the grass. After speaking to these neighbors, none of them has gotten a notice or a fee.

Company is young and still growing - opportunities are limited -for now. Patience and hard work will payoff as the company grows. At this time, I feel that we are such an amazing team and are willing to go above and beyond that I do not see a con. I see ways that we will have continued improvement and success together.
